Quite a bit going on...

I have been meaning to do this blog post for the longest of times, but for some reason haven't been able to access my profile, anyway all is sorted now. Firstly thank you to Mike Knight and all the people over at WUW magazine for featuring me in their 'hello my name' is section this month. Really cool magazine and I am delighted that they gave me the opportunity to get in there.




You may have noticed that the site has changed a little bit, for the better I hope, there is a few more sections to be added such as a shop, a toy section and a sketch book section. so they will be popping up over the coming weeks. And just to wet your whistle here are a few of the bits that will feature in the new sections.





I have update the site with some new work as well, such as two more images in the Living Tissue series. I am still experimenting with style trying to develop something unique to myself, these were extremely fun to do just attacking the page with paint then markers. I am finding that I love to use a whole load of different image making techniques so whether I will be able to develop a recognizable style and still jump across mediums will remain to be seen.




The two above images I will be selling from my site shop section when I get it up and going. Working with the guys at Spartan MMA doing some tshirts which are looking cool if I do say so myself. Monsters are my friends.

Hey everyone, I have updated my site with a new image. It is the first in a series of pieces called "monsters are my friends". I really like this idea and have come up with what seems like hundreds of ideas about it. In theme its about peoples relation ships with their inner demons, but its also an excuse to experiment with things i am really interested in pattern, women, monsters, and texture. I am really liking the way it looks, I find that i still experimenting with style and execution still trying to find that thing that brings my work from really good to amazing and i think this piece is a step in the right direction.

My self promotion printing has arrived and it looks awesome, thanks to Andy @ LFL design and print for hooking it up. The packs contain four postcards on 350gsm silk card and a A3 poster printed on 150gsm semi silk paper. All this is wrapped in a light paper slip case. Now all it takes is a lot of cutting, folding and sticking to get these bad boys ready to go.

News and ideas

Hey everyone, here we go I have set up this blog so that i quickly post news, ideas, sketches, paintings and experiments.
